Please be sure to read all descriptions before booking. Ensure that you have booked the correct date and time for drop off. Turnaround time starts with the date you book for.

Deposits:

A non-refundable $15 deposit is required for booking and will go towards your service. Remainder is due once service is complete. Once deposit is paid, you will be contacted using the email address or phone number listed on file to confirm your appointment along with the address.

 

Late Policy:

A cancellation of any appointment requires a 24 hour notice. If you are running late, please let me know as I do understand things happen. If you are more than 30 mins late without notice you will have to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

BYOB Wig Service:

If you are providing hair that is between 26-30", please keep in mind that the longer the bundles are the smaller the wefts. It is recommended that you provide at least 4 bundles for a thicker density.

If your desired look is a side part, it is highly suggested that you purchase a 5x5 or bigger closure. 4x4 closures are not recommended due to smaller parting space. 

I do not recommend purchasing beauty supply hair or lace closures. Please understand that if you do purchase hair from the beauty supply, you may not get the best results.

NOT ACCEPTABLE: Closure/frontals with dark thick lace, thick hairlines, huge knots, and T part wigs. When purchasing lace, be sure to look for small knots and the color of the lace. This makes the customization process easier.

Mailing Your Hair:

This service can be used for local and out of state clients — If you are considering mailing your hair, please consult with me before booking. Please let me know the day you are shipping your hair out and the day it will arrive to me.
